1. Eligibility for Refund:
– Refunds will only be issued for products that are damaged during shipping.
– To qualify, you must notify us within *48 hours* of receiving the damaged product.

2. Refund Process:
– Please email us or contact us via DM on Instagram with:
– Order number
– Clear pictures of the damaged item
– Unboxing video (if available)
– Once your request is verified, we will arrange for the return of the damaged product or issue a refund.
